Abstract: The intergenic spacer 1 (IGS1) region in rRNA gene of Auricularia auricula was PCR-amplified and sequenced, and the sequence was analyzed by using bioinformatics technology.
However, the phenotypic variation of same type of strain is very large due to growth different environment, so There are certain difficulties based only on fruiting macro or micro classification and identification of morphological structure, so it is very important to choose the appropriate classification and identification method.
Acknowledgments This work was carried out with the financial support from the key Laboratory of chemistry in Ethnic Medicinal Resource, Yunnan University of Nationalities open fund (MZY1116 and MZY100106).

Precipitation in Nanchang City chemical analysis
Acid rain mainly contains the cations H +, Ca2 +, NH4 +, Na +, K +, Mg2 +, major anions SO42-, NO3-, Cl-, HCO3-, by precipitation chemistry into a major anion content relationship with PH in Figure 3.20, the highest rainfall in Nanchang City SO42- concentration, annual average 12.012mg / L, precipitation acidity mainly provided by SO42-, was sulfuric acid rain acid rain for sex.
By precipitation chemistry into a relationship with the major cation content of PH in Figure3, studies show that with the acidic weakened, [NH4 +] is increased, and [Ca2 +] + performance and the opposite relationship for the times I have done a lot of analysis, found an increase in precipitation NH4 + performance, while [Ca2 +] show a decreasing trend, while [NH4 +] is the main reason to make PH reduced, which is also due to the need for extensive validation.

Such a study and the understanding of the physical and chemistry mechanisms is extremely important for improving the shape and smoothness of the trench, for the purpose of manufacturing high mobility trench MOSFET [7].
The shift of D peak was induced by a weakly disordered structure, indicating that the samples contain defective graphite.
This again reveals that the coexistence of defective graphitic structure and SiC crystal occurred on SiC surface.
These double hill-and-valley structures consisted in alternating step edges and facets.

Introduction
Benzimidazole compounds is an important pharmacophore and privileged structure in medicinal chemistry.
Many researchers have reviewed on the mode of action, structure-activity relationships (SAR) and activity of these mono-benzimidazole compounds.
In recent years, bis-benzimidazole compounds have attracted much attention due to the fact that their structure have two benzimidazole containing.
Mixed ligand complexes have a key role in biological chemistry because the mixed chelation occurs commonly in biological fluids as millions of potential ligands are likely to compete for metal ions in vivo[17].
Summary As was mentioned above, benzimidazole compounds is an important pharmacophore and privileged structure in antibacterial agents.
