their material base of intrinsically active materials (phase-changeable polymers), the ICs are suitable
for large-scale integration and offer the possibility of active decision-making capabilities regarding
chemical information.

For a new treatment method, cavitation could purify many difficult degradable material and toxic substances, but also contain many other advantages, such as producing no secondary pollution, simple design of reactor.
