A wide range of materials are used as adsorbents: materials of natural origin – peat, peat moss, sawdust [5, 7], and artificial materials, obtained from natural perlites, vermiculite, silicon earth [8].
But the vegetable origin materials at their storage and usage are often prone to microbial degradation [3], which limits their service life.
In spite of their great variety, all the petroleum sorption materials share similar technological disadvantages.
Another is the complications of using loose materials, which requires making frame structures – mats, boxes, cushions, and makes it difficult to extract the used materials, as after saturation these structures become heavy and sink.

Introduction
The resource utilization of sewage sludge from the municipal wastewater treatment plant is focused by the environmental science researchers recently[1-4].
Materials and methods The source of the sludge.
ZnCl2, with a high hygroscopicity, can make hydrogen and oxygen release from the material mainly by the form of water vapor (not hydrocarbon) and produce fewer tarry organic (the latter will cover the surface of carbon)[5].
It is generally considered that the material in the sludge will volatilize heavily at such temperature, meanwhile intermediate material will begin to melt and second volatilization will happen, which will lead to the production of vast bubble and form the bigger specific surface area eventually.

Abstract.
CWR process has been one of the main directions of research work in the Physical Technical Institute of National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (PTI of NASB) for already about 40 years[4].
All this occurs locally in one and the same material particle of metal and it is in this area that metal failure occurs.
At the research of the metal particle state it is possible to trace the material plastic properties degradation history from the initial state up to its failure.

Introduction
To improve the machining accuracy of a large precise machine tool, three ways are used up to now,
such as improving the structure and materials, using heat flow control technology and automatic
compensation for thermal deformation [1,3].
In improving the machine tool's structure, it is important to use the new materials of superior performance.
In order to enhance the performance of the precise machine tools, the ceramics, crystal glass and composite materials are used to table or column in recent years [5].
Acknowledgment Project is supported by the national torch item of plan approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology of PR China.

(1)Outer wall
There are 16 buildings using outer insulation materials among the 40 large public buildings investigated, whose Outer Wall Heat Transfer Coefficient are almost satisfied with the Norms.
The Wall materials of the rest 24, without outer insulation material, are concrete block, hollow clay brick, solid clay brick or glass curtain wall.
(2)Roof There are 23 buildings adopt roof insulating among the 40 large public buildings investigated, the insulating materials of which contain concrete blocks, expanded perlite or extruded polystyrene board, and Outer Wall Heat Transfer Coefficient of the 20 is little beyond the value in Norms.

Introduction Materials in foam and porous structures can be considered as a novel class among bulks, films and single crystals since this materials have specific properties that has potentially high critical temperature as well as critical current density (Jc) [1].
A porous high temperature superconductor material can be considered as an aggregate of single crystals that are spatially separated and touch each other predominantly through their faces [2].
Materials containing tailored porosity exhibit special properties and features that usually cannot be achieved by their conventional dense counterparts [3].

Corresponding to each performance index, the parameter value in R, the resistance, could be achieved according to the material design based on the code and data base or the standard experiment in the laboratory (such as the compressive strength, concrete anti-carbonization coefficient, chloride ion diffusion coefficient and alike).
