Mechanical equipment usually adopts metal materials, so only when calculating the maximum normal stress, it doesn’t need to care about tension or compression.
Power plant location parameter optimization In the case of given arms cross section parameters, the maximum stress of arms not only affects the selected material of arms, also affects the maximum external load withstand by the entire body.

The geometric parameters of Figure 2 are defined as follows: modulus of elasticity of the material is; flexible hinge length is, cross-section moment of inertia is; rigid bar length is;cross-section moment of inertia is infinite; the rotation angle is; point D deflection is .According to the balance between static and deformation geometry, the Fig. 2 can be further simplified as half of the ladder beam model shown in Fig. 3 according to the theorem translation system of forces.
The moment of flexible segment AB arbitrary cross-section is: (1) According to the mechanics of materials, the beam deflection curve’s approximate differential equation is: (2) In Eq. 2: M, I are the moment of cross-section and the moment of inertia of the flexible segment, E is the elastic modulus.Plug Eq. 1 into Eq. 2, Through the integration, get the angle deformation equation and deflection curve equation respectively: (3) When the corner of flexible beam end section B is, there is no restricting to limit the deformation in the process of building the model.
material selection is65Mn, material elastic modulus is 210GPa, poison’s ratio is 0.3, density is 7.9g/cm3, yield stress is 785MPa.

Furthermore it can obtain a higher material removal rates, higher accuracy and good surface quality.
During high speed machining process the machining deformation is greatly influence by cutting forces due to the poor structural rigidity of the material workpiece [1].

Introduction Aluminum alloys are structural materials of choice for manufacturing components suitable for aerospace and automotive applications due to favorable properties such as low density, good corrosion resistance, relatively low costs of production and the abundance of the material supply.
The advantages of liquid forging are the ability to reduce materials scrap associated with die casting processes from gatings and risers, and very importantly, being able to form components from wrought aluminum alloys, otherwise formed only predominately by forging, extrusion and machining.
Experimental Procedures Al alloy Al-6061 (Al, 1%Mg, 0.5% Si) ingots were used as the material for liquid forging.

However, variables involved in composite structural design possess much higher variability than those of metal case due to uncertainties in material properties, geometric size and manufacturing process of composite materials [1].

This migration phenomenon is a function of material properties, temperature and humidity ratio, the process is called internal condition control process, and it is a falling rate drying process.
Air must be properly diffused and be able to reach all pockets of material to minimize anaerobic zones.

Choosing the material for testing.
Given the above-described choice of material, the tests could be performed with rather small prism specimens with the dimensions of 22×22×88 mm.
