Materials and Methodology AISI D2 tool die steel is the material chosen for this analysis.
The coated materials are TiN, TiAlN and TiCN.
A moderate interaction effect is noticed in between cutting speed and tool coating materials.

The principle of multiple sparks EDM (a)ordinary EDM (b)multiple sparks EDM Fig. 2.The principle of saving power (2) In ordinary EDM, for high resistance materials such as conductive ceramic and single crystal silicon, its internal voltage drop is great, which makes the discharge current decrease, and makes material removal rate decline.
In theory, for each pulse, because of producing a discharge at the tool electrode positive, and also produces another discharge at the same time in the tool electrode negative, material removal capacity of every pulse of multiple sparks EDM should be consistent with both materials’ removal rates of the single positive tool electrode and single negative tool electrode of ordinary EDM.

Thus we should make full use of existing resources and science and technology to serve for the circular agriculture.
In order to realize the sustainable development of agricultural production, it should base on modern high technologies as the support and guidance, such as new energy material technology, information technology, biotechnology and so on.
New energy material technology provides new energy surpport system for circular agriculture, to reduce the dependence on the traditional carbonaceous energy and optimize the ecological environment.
