Domestic construction science of Russia is also studying the problem of PPP, as it is evidenced by numerous publications in domestic and foreign professional publications, as well as dissertational research ([18-24] and others).
The round tables identified and formulated the reasons for the future development of the IT-industry, for which government support is required: ● imperfection of the legislative framework in the field of state regulation and state support of the interactive technologies industry (in particular in the construction industry); ● lack of state support for IT-programs domestic producers in engineering and education, in particular, developers of educational resources devoted to the history and prospects for the development of the construction industry in Russia, based on Russian scientific and technical sources and innovative materials, organisational solutions and technologies used in domestic construction building production; ● a generally low level of mass vocational education in open areas of management; ● inadequate assistance of the RF state authorities in developing a balanced policy in the regulation of the IT-industry relations between market participants, professional and expert communities

Injectable hydrogels can be synthesized from natural and synthetic polymeric materials.
Materials and Methods The materials and equipments that used were sodium alginate, chitosan, 0.85% NaCl, CaCl2, 0.4% acetic acid, 0.5 M NaOH, aquods, artificial cerebrospinal solution (aCSF), and Eriochrome black T (EBT), FTIR (8400 Shimadzu), MTT-Assay ELISA Reader, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer (Shimadzu, UV-1800), and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).
Based on daily observations as seen in Figure 5, there were some physical changes of hydrogel materials.
In term of hydrogel materials, the magnitude of LVE limit is related with structural stability of material, the changeover from solid to liquid like phase and material break down.

In this context, architects are typically less concerned with questions of materials, details, structure and construction, or drawings at a scale of 1:20 or more detailed [6, p. 54].
Designing a bridge, for example, is understood by most structural engineers as carefully considering structural efficiency, material and cost implications of known structural assemblies in relation to the specified design task.
Engineering departments are addressing such criticism with increasingly popular initiatives such as CIDO [7] to get engineers to "Conceive - Design - Implement - Operate" by moving students away from the numerical, technical engineering science approach.

Besides that, nanoparticles also differ compared to their parent materials which highly enhanced in their physio-chemical, mechanical, electrical, thermal, and hydrodynamic properties [3].
The laws that inhibit the macro and micro-scale material behavior are significantly diverse than the nano-scale behavior, as the sizes of nanos are approximally close to the atomic scale compared to both macros and micros [15][16][17].

Concrete mixing time is the time from all raw materials into the mixing barrel to discharge [2].
When the filling rate is too large, the boiling effect of mixture reduces, causing materials flow not free and affecting the mixing quality.
