Abstract
Although the anodising process has been widely used in surface treatment of Al alloys, the well
known sulphuric acid anodising process produces inhomogeneous and highly porous anodised
coatings on Al alloys containing high Si due to the inertness of the silicon particles.

Abstract: The paper analyze the existing CAD / CAE methods and differences in product design requirements.
Existing CAD software needn’t consider the performance of the product, it does not tell the reason of such a design in the design process such as why such parts is designed in this shape rather than that one, why it use this material rather than that one.

For a modal analysis, the natural frequencies if and mode shapes iφ are calculated from: [ ] [ ]( ){ } 2 iK - 0iMω φ = (2) 1 2 i i i k f mπ = (3) In the modal analysis, [ ]K and [ ]M are constant; Linear elastic material behavior is assumed; Small deflection theory is used, and no nonlinearities included; [ ]C is not present, so damping is not included; { }F is not present, so no excitation of the structure is assumed; The structure can be constrained or unconstrained; Mode shapes iφ are relative values, not absolute.

To ensure the evaporation of the injected materials, a specific high power plasma torch of O3CP gun were adopted by the Sulzer Metco Switzerland [4], which was a modified single cathode plasma gun, and allows a high arc current up to 2500A and 180kW power levels with total gas flow of up to 200 SLPM.

The manufacturer should consider a better choice on skin material in the future design.
It is strongly suggested that the stone tip should be a made with a sintered ceramic filter material, and the filter stone must be removal as well and not glued in.
The skin of material of the cable is suggested to consider the function of vent tube; 2.

The coupling beam was modelled by using QUAD 8 shell finite elements for a Multi Crack Concrete type material [12], considering the plastic properties of concrete class C30/37.
Conclusions The Strut and Tie Method is based on the theory of minimum plasticity, respecting the equilibrium and strength conditions of materials.
Orienting the diagonals after the trajectories of the normal principal stresses in the linear-elastic domain of the material represents an additional safety measure which extends the applicability of the method for serviceability limit states.
