It is known that the finite thickness, i.e. thin plate is practical in engineering.
It is practical for applications on civil engineering in its main frequency range (less than 20Hz).
It could be useful for the practical engineering.

Introduction With still growing requirements for thermal and technical properties of engineering constructions due to reduction of heat consumption and cooling costs the attention of experts also started to orientate to energy intensity of building of constructions and production of building materials.
With better thermal and technical properties of the engineering constructions the heat and cooling costs are reduced however very often the energy intensity related to the construction of buildings increases because of higher need of building materials whose production is very energy intensive (and in addition very often related to high production of CO2 and other greenhouse gases).
One of the aims of energy-saving construction is rational utilisation of natural and energy-saving material resources for formation of a construction with high manufacture qualities and for provision of healthy interior climate of buildings. [1, 2, 3] At Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering the research and development of natural fibrous insulation materials which could be suitable alternatives to the insulations used today, mainly polystyrene and mineral, have been carried out for several years.

AbstractThree corrosion degrees of reinforcement are chosen in this paper, which are considered
to simulate minor, medium and severe degrees of corrosion in this field.
It is essential that responsible engineers have at their disposal the means to verify that the affected structures retain an acceptable margin of safety.
Its aim is to aid practicing engineers in correctly evaluating the condition of aged existing structures and/or estimate the residual service lives of corroded RC structures under cyclic loading. 3 Experimental program Table1 summarizes the experimental program and the results.
