Under external conditional actions, the inherent defects in inner of solid materials such as rock can be activated, which can cause damage failure of materials.
With materials damaged, the strain energy in the materials will be released and quickly spread in form of elastic wave.

Carbon fiber-reinforced plastics (CFRP) are typical difficult-to-machine materials, which is easy to produce many defects such as burrs, dilacerations, layering in milling process.
Diamond coating is a kind of superhard multifunctional material.
It has become the best idea material for special cutter of machining CFRP[5].
But the fiber layer is difficult to completely cut off at the upper surface of material, due to lacking the support of material.

Experimental Materials and Methods
Experimental principle.
Experimental materials and burdening scheme.
Another 2% CaF2 was added in the raw materials in order to boost the separation of iron and slag.
According to the ratio calculated before, all the raw materials was mixed and dried.
Secondly 12~15% water or sodium silicate was added to wetting the raw materials.
