Femtosecond lasers are also capable of processing a wide variety of materials[3,4,5].
In this paper, we reported formation of the periodic microstructures on the 65Mn plate,which is a useful and important material in many industrial applications.
The spontaneous formation of periodic ripples on the surface of a material illuminated with polarized pulsed laser light mainly depend on the following aspects of the laser beam:angle of incidence, polarization, frequency, and energy.

It is an important property provided by element Beam189 that different material properties can be defined in the cross-section units.
Therefore, the thermal load which changes along the cross-section can be exerted by following method: the temperature load is used as constant in program, and the material properties of units change along the cross-section.
By using thermal-structural coupling analysis, and changing material property to replace temperature difference load, bridge structures influenced by sunshine temperature difference can be simply and feasibly calculated.

In fact, when the forces are applied to the composite materials containing inclusions, the cracks are often found in the vicinity of the inclusions.
The purpose of this paper is to study scattering of SH wave by an interacting mode III crack with any position and a circular cavity in half space, which can supply some beneficial references to the strength designing and non-destructive inspection of composite materials.
