Abstract.
MFL is recognized as the most reliable detecting method for tubular ferromagnetic materials because of its digital, easy automation, anti-interference and pollution ability etc.
The hole was assumed to be filled with air whose permeability is very close to that of the real filled material.

By the adsorption and desorption method, using the different diameter of various gas molecules and different properties of certain material adsorption performance, when the gases flow through the material ( adsorbent ), some molecular will be adopted; when the adsorption is saturated, it will be desorbed, which can be separated from other gas molecules.
The plastic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene commonly are used as membranes.

Because this kind of component’s material is soft, the liner wall is long skinny, the material accuracy is high, so if the fixture designed unreasonably, or the clamping method and the processing method improper, the workpieces will be out of shape, and hardly meet the production requirement.
(1)Mandrel is the main part of the fixture, made of ductile iron, casting no obvious crack, surface processing after casting machining allowance should be 2-3 mm, weight reduction box spraying green paint, pay attention to the position of spindle right end A0 datum and positioning pin hole, and the unlabeled chamfer angle 1*45°.The dimensions as shown in figure 3;(2)Cylindrical pin (short positioning pin), materials for 45 # steel, parts size for Φ5-H7*11, chamfering 1*45°;(3) compression nut size for: M36-H7*31;(4) clamp cover material is nodular cast iron, casting no obvious crack, casting machining allowance for 2-3 mm, inner cavity after casting spraying green paint, unlabeled corner R5, unlabeled chamfer angle 1*45° , Φ7 air vent should be no special place on the surface of the cone, as shown in figure 2.

In 1995-2011, the paper used natural geography, social, economic and environmental data in Pudong new area as the foundation, with the help of various products and elements of emergy conversion to analysis all kinds of eco-economy system emergy and determine each objective value.
3.2 Research steps
The basic procedure of emergy synthesis for the new area ecosystem can be summarized as following four steps: (1) confirming the system boundary and collecting data and drawing the emergy system diagram as shown in Fig.1, (2) preparing the emergy accounting table to analyze major energy, materials, goods and services flows, (3) setting up the emergy-based indicators and calculating their values as shown in Table 1, and (4) result analysis for the new area eco-economy system.
Only this exchange of materials, goods and services is sustainable, can Pudong benefit and acquire its perpetual growing.
