Civil buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone had the implementation of building thermal environment and energy efficiency standards in 2000, and began building thermal environment and energy efficiency renovation for key cities in 2005 and for the main towns in 2010.
By using systematic analysis method the building is regarded as an open, dynamic, complex giant system, which has the characteristics of humanities and social sciences, and engineering science and technology characteristic, also has a significant geographical attributes.
In the future, more work should be studied with scientific theory combined with the engineering practice of test and development, to improve the regional ventilation and dehumidification appropriate technology development.
