Abstract: Aiming at the calculating the flow of cutthroat flume in Hydraulic Engineering, the test data is processed through the nonlinear regression analysis program which is based on the principle of least square method.
Comparing the regression coefficient from analysis, the optimal mathematical model is selected as the empirical formula, which has great significance in guiding the practical engineering.
Conclusions In this paper, according to the principle of least square method, the nonlinear regression analysis program is written by screening the optimal mathematical model, which can be applied in practical engineering.
It is of great significance in guiding the practical engineering.

Full scale fatigue testing was up to 1998 not required in the civil regulation of 25.571 amendments.
No specialist of general engineering was available to develop and design the test rig, consequently F+W Emmen had to start itself with the work.
In the ASIP Us Air Force MIL-STD-1530 very detailed engineering actions are specified in each task, see figure 3.
Civil Requirements The first Civil Air Regulations (CAR 4b.316) were published in September 1949.
The airworthiness standards are more strict for military than for the civil certification.

Since high efficiency of combustion or gasification systems are discharges coal ash component of complex ashes or glassy molten slag(what is CCP), and the other point of view these CCPs are expected to be effectively used for sustainable development as component for civil engineering etc.
Using the CCPs for civil engineering work, Pozzolanic reactions are very important character with hydration materials, but to measure Pozzolanic reaction by mortar test is necessary to wait very long term, waiting the new method of determine the Pozzolanic reactions.

Introduction
The concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) was used in civil engineering since more than 100 years.
With a widely application in civil engineering, the investigation of FCC developed rapidly in last decades.
This new structure named FSCC which has favorable performance is of a good application prospects in civil engineering.

Ensuring scheduled flight security and punctual is a basic requirement of civil aviation.
Introduction: Air travel has increased considerably in recent years, the number of passengers of China civil aviation has brokenthrough 260 million, China has become second air transport power country because of the increace of passenger flow, To guarantee scheduled flight safe and punctual is the basic requirement of civil aviation transportation.passengers often strand for a long time in security area and check-in area.
It is easy to trigger group events and bring a lot of negative effects to civil aviation transportation.
Shangyao Yan, Ching-Hui Tang in Department of Civil Engineering, National Central University do some research in heuristic approach for airport gate assignments for stochastic flight delays.
