where, t is the temperature of rotor, °C; t is time; l is the thermal conductivity of rotor material, W/m×K; cp is the specific heat of material, J/kg×K; r is the density of rotor material, kg/m3; t is the temperature of steam on the surface of rotor, °C; a is the heat transfer coefficient between surface of rotor and steam, W/m2×K; is outside normal direction of rotor surface; and G represents surface of rotor.
Considering the fact that the yield limit of the rotor material at room temperature is 685MPa, it is necessary to reduce thermal shock in the cold startup process by improving the initial temperature of the rotor or reducing the rise rate of steam temperature in the initial phase as much as possible.

1.2 Processing of non-smooth specimen
The specimen material was W9Cr4V high speed steel with the processed dimension of Φ6mm×12mm, JHM-1GY-100B CNC laser processing system was used to process the regular concaves at one of its end face.
The specimen was clamped in the specimen pin boss and fastened by screw; the specimen disc material was GCr15, with hardness of 63HRC and diameter of 60mm.
This shows that we can improve the wear resistance of materials by properly increasing concave diameter and optimizing the combination of concave diameter and concave distance.

Red mud, a by-product of steel company, was used as the main material for preparing the iron oxide sorbents.
The above materials mixture was subsequently homogenized in a ball mill and dispersed in water to form a paste of suitable viscosity to be extruded in a cylindrical shape.
Some calcium species was also found in the sorbent, which came from the raw material of red mud.

In this paper, the sand soil was assumed as a continuum non-linear elastic-plastic material with isotropic hardening and non associated flow.
Therefore, the Mohr-Coulomb material model was used in the following numerical simulations.
Secondly, plastic yield behavior is found for the soil, which is called material nonlinearity.
And the deformed results of model 3 are similar with [1], except in the area near the spudcan skirt because of much hardening material parameters
