Introduction
With the development of magnetic material, power and electronic technology and computer control theory, permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) AC servo system becomes increasingly popular.
Mathematical model of PMSM The assumptions about the PMSM model are as following: ignoring the iron core saturation; excluding eddy current and hysteresis loss; the conductivity of permanent magnet materials is zero; (4) The inductive electromotive force in phase windings is sinusoidal waveform.

But the cold extrusion bulk forming process of little chip or chipless is employed which not only can improve the ratio to material used but also can reduce the machining time to improve production efficiency, and it is more important that cold extrusion forming process can obviously improve the mechanical properties of the blank material to obtain high quality tubular products. [1]So, this type of part is worked more by cold extrusion processing in production.
However, manufacturing of extrusion punch is difficulty in that it must be guided by mandrel in order to effectively prevent the extrusion wall cracking and defective phenomenon to ensure that qualified extrusion parts will be achieved[3].If the solid blank is chosen as the extrusion material, although its shape is not high degree similar to shape of product, the forming process is far more than a hollow blank and more capable of meeting the production flexibility and practicality in contrast with the hollow blank.

Induction heating of powder compacts could be a very effective method for metal powder consolidation to get the final product or as an intermediate consolidation step to produce feedstock for metal powder forging or extrusion.
The latter is likely due to the high oxygen content of the powder, which makes the material brittle.

Introduction
As a kind of composite polymer material, formed through comibnaiton of inorganic magnetic particle and organic polymer, the magnetic polymer microsphere has not only the properties of inorganic and organic matters but also other special properties, so it has been increasingly concerned by scientific researchers.
Depending on its magnetic properties, the microsphere may also be used as a kind of special separation carrier or positioning carrier under the action of magnetic field, so it plays an important role in cell separation, immobilized enzyme, immunodiagnosis, targeted drug, magnetic shielding materials and acting as the carrier for catalyst, etc. [4].
