With the development of long-span bridge engineering and increase of load on construction, the piles which socketed in rock more than 5 diameters have been used in some bridge engineering.
Currently, with long-span complex bridge engineering increasement, the structure load of the upper part of the bridge is growing too.

Introduction For the engineering application of concrete and cement mortar are brittle, ductile, Yi Kailie low, this USA University of Michigan Victor.C.Li according to fracture mechanics and microcosmic mechanics in 1992 proposed ECC (Engineered Cementitious Composites) concept, the relevant domestic and foreign scholars have done a large amount of research on [1].
ECC is a high ductility of fiber reinforced cement based composite material, with pseudo strain hardening, multiple cracking characteristics of a new type of civil engineering materials, is a kind of micro mechanical optimization design through the bridging effect of fiber to achieve pseudo strain hardening and through multiple cracking realization of cement-based materials with high ductility based.
The liquefaction is often occur in rock and soil engineering saturated cohesionless soil under monotonic iterative perturbation effect of seismic wave phenomena.

By the rapid growth and the good physical and mechanical properties, Eucalyptus wood specie has been widely used in civil construction and in various other applications, resulting in the generation of wastes that are coming from their processing, which has motivated the development of research with its inclusion in alternative materials [2].
Conclusions From the results obtained it can be concluded that: - The weight fraction of the resin is significant only on the mechanical properties, providing increases in the elastic modulus and reducing the bending strength modulus with increasing content of epoxy resin; - The thickness variation resulted in the behavior of engineered materials, where for the modulus of elasticity, water absorption in 24 hours and porosity, the material made with 4mm thick showed the best results, which did not occur with the results of the bending strength modulus, wherein the best results have been manufactured from materials with a thickness of 3 mm; - The use of the Piassava fiber improved reinforcing properties of the composite, increasing the values of modulus of elasticity and bending strength and reducing water absorption after 24 hours, the porosity and density.
