Friction Properties study of metals by Principal Component Analysis

Taking 45 steel for the study in this paper, in order to understand the 45 steel in friction and wear during the load, speed, impact of the sliding distance and contact area on the friction and wear properties of the test in four factors, thus the proposed method extended to determine the friction properties of other metallic materials.
This change will affect the friction and wear properties of material itself[8].

Materials and experiments
1.1 Smelting and rolling experiment
Smelting two furnace steel of different Ti content in the medium frequency induction furnace, the chemical compositions are shown in Table 1.
The coiling temperature is high , the amount of precipitated increased , but due to the non- polygonal ferrite is less, within the best material strengthening effect of the grain ,the amount of precipitation is not much , even may appear Ostwald ripening, at the same time ,dislocation strengthening effect is weak.

Especially when excitation force is very small, vibration must reach a certain cycle that the material will have plastic deformation.
Although the dynamic stress is relatively larger, the rearrangement of the dislocations of the material need certain time.

Main spillway components, including crest structure, labyrinth, stilling basin, spillway chute, baffle block, end sill and outlet control structure [7] were fabricated using clear acrylic material to facilitate flow visualization, minimize flow resistance at the model scale, and facilitate pressure tap installation.
All parts of the model spillway, where the water is flowing, will be made of approved material complying with the roughness and turbulent flow without surface waves are achieved at the approach channel.
The toe of the stilling basin will be constructed of material which will provide a conservative estimate of downstream scouring.
