In the analyses presented in this paper, it has been assumed that the yield strength of steel bars recovers when the material cools down [6], because the effect of steel degradation was not the main parameter investigated.

Introduction
Micro-electrolysis contact oxidation based on cell reaction of galvano-chemistry was developed as a new method to dispose wastewater in 1970s[1].In the system,metal particles as the anode contact with the negative electrode materials.
The anode and negative electrode materials are submerged in an electrolyte solution, forming a lot of micro-cells.

By producing TiO2 nanofibers via electrospinning technique while incorporating other suitable materials which would suppress electron-hole recombination would obviously enhance the rate of decomposition of organic pollutant.

As shown in Figure.1,the roof and walls of the building use special structure,which combine evacuated tube collectors with air collector,as an improved collectors to supply heat for supplying hot water heating and hot air heating.The working principle is as follows,roof surface is provided with beveled transparent plate 1,its bottom is provided with a thermal insulation material 3.There are two manual ventilation valves 10 at the upper and lower parts of the roof,between transparent plate 1 and the insulation material 3, there are a number of vertical clapboard which are dislocation installed.
