With this step a new focus becomes important for the SiC researchers: it's no longer most important to show basic capabilities and new world record data of the power devices, but to consider what properties and trade off make such devices most acceptable for the system designers.

Significant reduction of martensitic points for MA alloys was observed that was attributed both to nanocrystalline structure formation and samples impurity at milling.
In according of data [8, 11, 14, 15], α-Fe based solid solution is the predominant phase for MA sample of this composition, only ~8 vol. % of the f.c.c. phase was found in this powder according to X-ray data.
Observed effect of the exposure duration may be associated with the particularities of structure given to an alloy while severe deformation produced by mechanical alloying: nanograin size, high strengths, grain boundaries etc. are the main factors responsible for reduction of martensitic temperature.

The second one is to investigate the performance of solar absorption system arrangement using parabolic trough collector at different ambient conditions following Indonesian weather data.

Thus, data cloud pretreatment is needed for the data obtained by measuring, such as removing noise points, data interpolation, data smoothing, data reduction, data partitioning and splicing of the multi-view data cloud [27].

In order to do the further treatment (such as Feature extraction and surface fitting) for the data cloud, it is necessary to sort the data cloud and construct a certain form (such as triangular faces) or directly extract the characteristic from the data cloud and then fit the characteristic surfaces which could guarantee high precision.
Segmentation of the whole data cloud could be applied, the data cloud can be divided into many small pieces, then the entities’ primary shape could be recovered by global matching [28,29].
Not only the obtained data cloud but also existing CAD software could be used to reconstruct.

Continuatively as seen in Fig. 1 and Tab. 1 the flow curve approximation of Swift returns the best fitting with the experimental data of the steel DC06.
Both models (Hill`48 and Yld2000-2d) do not fit exactly the experimental result of the shear test`s initial condition, but in direct comparison Hill`s model is closer on the experimental data of the material DC06 as the yield criterion of Barlat.
By regarding the deviation of the experimental data to the yield criterion this is an effective method to determine the best fitted yield model for the given material on the one hand and to analyze the hardening behavior of the material under non-linear strain paths on the other hand.
This reduction is enlarged with increasing prestrain.
A software tool extracts the parameters of the yield criteria for the given experimental data and compares the yield stress of the prestrained shear test with the corresponding locus on the yield function with isotropic work-hardening.
