In plate-cone reticulated shell of composite material, the stress of cone unit is far less than intensity limit of materials, due to the low modulus of elasticity the composite (GFRP) and thinner thickness of laminated plate, local buckling is the main controlling factor for design.
Composite modeling is difficult to mould design, laminated floor layer in ANASY software, the material is to determine the coordinate direction of material attribute, by unit is the only sure, coordinate, coordinate to ensure materials determine the coordinates of the composite Shell element, the unit is default coordinate basis I - j edge coordinate system.
Considering the production cost of materials and the man-hours, overmuch layer number is unfavorable, total layer number of 4 layers is the best in the premise of reasonable laying way.

By employing grinding and polishing tools made from elastic materials, the normal contact force is easy to be controlled by monitoring the elastic deformation of the tool.
The method takes advantages of the fact that more material can be removed by increasing the normal contact force.
The normal force is controlled so that more material is removed at locations where the form error is higher.
At the polishing stage, the material of polishing tool head is pitch and the abrasives are CeO2.
