1.2 Types of light guide system
With the development of new materials and technology, the transmission efficiency of light guide system has been improved, and there have been many types of lighting systems.
There are metallic and non-metal reflection systems according to the inner surface material.
The transmission efficiency of light-guide fiber should be concerned with the optical properties of fiber material. 2.
As shown in Fig.1, the tubular daylight guidance system of USTB (University of Science &Technology Beijing) can save electric energy about 42 420 kWh annually, and 100 millions kWh in the entire life cycle (25 years) of this guide system [6]

Introduction
According to the definition, artisanal and small-scale mining refers widely to miners using inadequate technical materials to run mines.
The material used of digging and washing are old ones used since the independence, only few materials have changed.
Some recommendations are suggesting in modernizing Ivory Coast, in order to avoid sell-mining products for raw materials.

To overcome these problems a thin film of silica-like functional material has been developed on polymer foil.
Furthermore, being a thermoplastic material, it has the advantage that polymer sheets can be ulteriorly modified.
Generally, these problems are overcome by increasing the surface energy of the materials with the introduction of polar functionality obtained by means of either physical (laser [4], ion beam [5], plasma treatment [6,7], etc.) or chemical surface modification.
