Most of the time, the oxygen mass transfer is not restrictive link,and the reaction of phosphorus restricted link of rephosphoration should be on both sides of interface mass transfer. 2.2 The basic assumptions of the model built up Under the condition of the process does not affect the nature, in order to simplify the calculation,for it can be controlled by the liquid phase mass transfer kinetic model,we can make the following assumptions: 1) From each phase of reactants inside through the respective concentration boundary layer on the interface diffusion reaction, reaction on the interface, and the interface reaction is very quickly, and it always in a state of thermodynamic equilibrium, the reaction products from their respective concentration boundary layer diffusion in phase to the body; 2) On both sides of the steel slag is one element of equal density of material flow, mass transfer driving force is from the difference between the liquid steel and slag phase’s phosphorus concentration
and the interface of phosphorus concentration; 3) The molten steel and slag phase in the body, the distribution of the components is uniform, there is no difference, material mass transfer resistance on the boundary film on both sides of the steel slag interface - within the boundary layer; 4) In the boundary layer of fluid in a dormant state.

The presented paper is focused on a group of oxide-dispersion strengthened (ODS) materials, which have been considered as candidate materials in most Gen IV concepts.
ODS materials are appropriate for applications requiring higher temperature limit than classical ferritic steels.

The kinetic energy of small particles has been found to dissipate within the substrate material in the form of elastic energy (Hutchings, 1977), and AE can, in principle, be used to characterize such strain energy because it is generated by rapid release of strain energy within a material.
Part of the energy radiates from the source in the form of elastic waves which propagate over the material surface and can be detected using AE sensors.
The test was devised to observe whether or not a clear signal could be recorded while the substrate material is being coated, and whether this signal is distinguishable from that associated with the continuous background noise.
