The production cycle of shafts is longer, and quantities of materials is larger, so study of repair technology of shaft is consistent with the goal of green manufacturing, and can promote economic development.
1.
Surface preparation of shafts refers to the purification and roughing treatment of the substrate surface to meet requirements of cleanliness and roughness, so that the coating can combine with substrate materials. 2.1.2 Preheating of shafts in boats and ships The purpose of preheating is to remove water of the surface adsorption, reduce shrinkage stress during the cooling, and improve the bonding strength.
Arc spraying has the arc as heat source, so spraying material must be conductive, usually only metal materials (non-metallic materials can be sprayed if it is cored wires) [4].

Abstract: In this paper a new three-dimensional large-size optical measurement system by laser radar has been proposed in combination of double-optic circuit measuring technology, ultra-high frequency modulation technology and laser intellectual tracing and location technology.
The system can measure 3d shape unconnectedly for lager-size object, which has the advantages of high accuracy, automatic measurement and freedom from being influenced by material and light ray.
Introduction With the rapid development of modern science and technology, research in optical topography measurement of three-dimensional large-size technology is penetrating day by day.
Journal of Zhejiang University (Engineering Edition), 2006, 40 (12) : p.98 ~ 102

The process increased the thermodynamic solubility compared to the unmilled materials and accelerated the normally slow reaction with water to form single component cement systems.
Crystal sizes and quantitative phase compositions of the materials were calculated by means of total Rietveld refinement analysis with the TOPAS software (Bruker AXS, Karlsruhe, Germany).

However, these materials have the characteristics of high strength, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
If some special elements are added into the materials, superior performance will be obtained, and at the same time the materials will be particularly difficult to milling.
At the same time, the chemical reaction may be caused between the blades materials and tools materials which will exacerbate crater wear of tools (as shown in Fig. 3).
However, cutting machinability of materials determine new engine that it is very difficult to be manufactured.

1.0 Introduction
Structural defects in concrete structures may be caused by earthquake[1], overloading, structural damages, materials deterioration, apart from design and construction faults.
To determine the quality of concrete materials of the existing structural system; ?
The concrete materials and the grade of concrete were also specified as Grade C30 for all concrete works, and aggregates size not exceeding 20 mm, but preference to 12 mm aggregate size for enhancing better concrete matrix as the new concrete had a thickness of 150 mm all round the old columns.
The excavated soil materials was heaped around the trench, then the top of the footing was cleaned and scarified to form key for bonding with the new concrete.

Application of simulation tools
The results of simulation and visualization could also be useful in analyzing the impact of the timetable and capacity of the material handling equipment, location and capacity of inter-operational buffers and production resources for the standards of production capabilities, which include among others: production order due dates, resource utilization and to ensure an acceptable quality of the production system functioning (without deadlocks and starvations).
