A.DEF and chicken
Primary duck embryo fibroblast (DEF) cells were prepared from 11 to 13 days old embryonated eggs which were obtained from Ya’an Duck Farm, Sichuan Province, China and propagated in minimal essential medium (MEM, GIBCO) supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS, GIBCO), 0.22% NaHCO3, 100 U/ml penicillin and streptomycin.

Many research activities have done to the topology optimization, and the methods unified into two subjects: one subject is structural optimization at the level of macroscopic design, the other is the study of the relation between microstructure and macroscopic behaviour of the composite materials [2].
It is the conceptual structure that indicates the materials are mainly distributed on the inner rib of the bed and on surface of the bed outline while the other inside of the bed has no materials, as shown in Fig.3(a).

Moreover, paper [3] provides that parameters, characterizing interaction of external field with the field of eddy currents, induced in the material, are sensible both to the state of material microstructure and to the presence of macrodefects.
Density of dislocation initiated on the surface is significantly higher than inside the material [13].

The materials
and the inductor are designed to produce the magnetic intensity for required cutting forces between
abrasives in magnetic powder and workpiece as shown in Fig.1.

These impurities come from powder and work material and sometimes from the impurity of coolant also.

Extracted vanadium residues used in this study was obtained from Chengde iron and steel corporation, it was residual slag after extracting vanadium from vanadium-bearing slag in sodium salt roasting and water leaching process.
