The theories and methods on human electromagnetic effect were described in [5], on which a FDTD human modeling mode was proposed but not implemented completely in reality; the electromagnetic and optical performance of Indium Tin oxide film to reduce aircraft’s radar cross section was expounded, not yet dealing with human protective method; connections between shielded materials’ electromagnetic characteristics and shielded efficiency were studied by FDTD method [7]; parallel FDTD algorithm was applied to electromagnetics[9][10].

For the method of plating bath prepared by reaction between low carbon steel chips or iron plate with hydrochloric acids, materials are gotten easily, the expense is lower, but time for dissolving iron chips is longer, and in the plating bath, there are some impurities which are not easy to clean.
