Although the inorganic thermal insulation materials’ fire safety performance is better, but in the current application of building insulation system, the main percent is still organic insulation materials because of their relatively low price, simpler and more convenient construction process.
While at the same time, there are several defects against fire prevention or control, such as more operations by fire, regular electric welding or cutting, lack of necessary fire protection facilities, untrained staff, inconvenience traffic and etc.
The principle of high-rise building fire safety design is based on self-help.
It should be important to strengthen the construction site fire safety management, such as developing the construction fire prevention programs, strengthen staff fire safety education and pre-service training, implement the fire prevention applications and eliminate initial fire hazards in time.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) of the USA and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) had attached great importance to the wake vortex, so as to avoid a hazardous impact of these vortices. [2, 3, 4] They issued regulations of safe separation distances between two airplanes to maintain a safe margin from the aircraft ahead.
But these standard separations have strongly limited the capacity of many airports and cause the congestion of air traffic throughout the world.
Therefore, the alleviation of the wake vortex becomes crucial and meaningful to the flight safety for today's booming air traffic.

Anti-sliding performance of asphalt pavement is an important indicator to ensure road traffic safety.
We use the wet wheel wear test to evaluate resisting wear performance of light-colored pavement, the test results are in the following. ①From the datum, the value of wear which is between 400 ~ 530g/m2, is satisfied the qualified value which is less than 800g/m2 that the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the International Slurry Seal Association (ISSA) suggested.
(4) The method to measure the light-colored performance did not take into account the traffic exists in operation.

The MUAV presented in this paper is designed to carry out missions like traffic monitoring and surveillance, therefore it is expected to behave like a transport aircraft.
A factor of safety of 1.5 is taken into account to the prescribed limit load to make the design loads on the wings.
Therefore, after taken into account the limit load factor and the safety factor, the maximum maneuvering load the wing structures have to withstand without breaking is 58.86 N.
