Abstract: This paper mainly studies the integrated navigation system technology of GPS and microelectronic mechanical system (MEMS) concerning on embedded processor S3C2440A.
It limits the technique usage in the civil application for its large volume, high power consumption and high price.
Its advantages for design method is strong ARM processing functions of strong, data processing speed, GPS and MEMS inertial components combination, that make up for the defects of individual work, small volume, low cost, where is the civil navigation equipment going[3-5].
System design results show that the embedded technology and MEMS is especially suitable for the construction of miniature, low cost GPS/MEMS inertial integrated navigation system, in the civil and commercial field with wide application prospect.
