Silicon Carbide (SiC) is one of the most attractive host materials for these applications and it has been reported that silicon vacancies (VSi-) [5-7] and divacancies (VSiVC0) [8, 9] could serve as controllable spin states with sharp zero-phonon lines (ZPLs).
One of the reasons is that NCVSi- centers have not been seen in any as grown SiC materials and their formation mechanism is less well understood than other defect centers in SiC.
The ion implantation was performed at the Takasaki Advanced Radiation Research Institute, National Institutes for Quantum and Radiological Science and Technology.

Basic Concept[5] The Elastoplastic deformation law models used to simulate granular materials include the Mohr-Coulomb model, Drucker-Prager model, modified Drucker-Prager model and limit state model.
In this article, the Drucker-Prager model is adopted for simulation of the Elastoplastic deformation law of the material of different structural layers of asphalt concrete pavement.
See Table 8 for structural parameters and material parameters of the computation model.

TABLE 2 Relations between the material removal and the magnetic field intensity No.
The experimental results are show in Table.3, which appear that the compound magnetic polishing process can improve the polishing efficiency of different polished material whether it is magnetic material or not.

Experimental study on bending behavior of the wood beams in historic building with CFRP sheets Naiqing Meng 1,a, Chuanli Deng 1, zhenwengjiaDing1, Bin Jia2,b 1 Department of Engineering, Tibet University, Lhasa, 850000, Tibet, China; 2 Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Southwest University of Science and Technology, MianYang, 621010, SiChuan, China a 77637391 @qq.com, b jiabin@swust.edu.cn Keywords: Wood beams; CFRP; Reinforcement Abstract.
When the bending exceeds 1/250~1/150 of the span, the wood beams need to be reinforced, and the main reinforcement methods are the external prestressing reinforcement, the plywood reinforcement, the CFRP reinforcement, the new material replacement method and the chemical reinforcement[1-2].
The CFRP sheet at the bottom along the beam can not prevent the stratification, thus the reinforcement effect of the CFRP on the wood beam with serious defects are not obvious. 6.Acknowledgments The contents presented in this paper was supported by Fund about Natural Science Projects of Tibet Autonomous Region(The research on the reinforcement of timber members in Tibet historic buildings) 7.References [1] Zhou Zhonghong.
