Summary
Using the GLOB-LOC model for damaged laminate stiffness matrix calculation and applying the described methodology for effective elastic properties back-calculation the following conclusions were obtained
a) intralaminar cracks do not affect the effective longitudinal modulus or Poisson’s ratio of the damaged layer;
b) the effective elastic constants have linear dependence on crack density and the rate of reduction in normalized form depends very weakly on the used material and the layer thickness ratio;
c) the crack density increase with applied strain in damaged layer can be roughly considered as linear with slope which may depend on the damaged layer thickness;
d) the calculated linear dependence of effective properties on crack density and the experimental linear dependence of crack density on strain can be used to calculate the effective elastic constant dependence on strain.

Abstract The piecewise continuum technique was used for the frame structure and a series-parallel system was taken for the mathematical model for the structure in which the deformation of floor slab had to be considered, and its state space equations were derived.
The material constant is E=3.25×104MPa, G=0.4E.The displacements and internal forces of some floors calculated in this paper are tabulated as Table 1.

In the 3d scene,using the left mouse button to click the features of the barrier dam ,namely, " the left feature point of dam crest "," the left feature point of dam bottom "," the right feature point of dam crest "," the right feature point of dam bottom ",and using the right mouse button to end , the left mouse button clicking on the "start" button, the dam body length, height and volume can be calculated .It can be shown in Fig.5.
5.3 Risk assessment of Barrier Dam
As shown in the Fig. 6, according to information of the capacity of dammed lake extracted from the 3D scene, the information of the height of barrier dam, and the material composition, risk population, public or important facilities and the important degree dreaded from the database, the danger level of the dammed lake can be evaluated.
