Introduction Owing to its excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance , catalytic activities and non- toxic properties, ZnS has become a promising material for short wavelength optoelectronic devices, sensor and photocatalytic devices [1] [2] [3].
Compared with the undoped ZnS(Fig.4), the remarkable feature in energy band for Ti-doped ZnS(Fig.5) is that the Fermi level shifts upward into the conduction band, which indicates that the material is n-type metallic.

So it is necessary to optimize the precast water head and then select appropriate preloading filling water value in order to guarantee the safely operating of the structure as well as make materials give full play to their strength for the purpose of achieving optimal economic.

A strong need exists for developing accurate, cheap and reliable chemical sensors to measure relative humidity (RH) in different ambient for practical applications in the fields of meteorology, medicine, comfort, agriculture, process control, food science [2,3] and so on.
In fact, excessive penetration of the water vapor into PVA polymer may cause the long chains of the polymer to diffuse with its structure changing dramatically, leading to significant change of the material properties such as acoustic impedance, density, etc..
