In recent years, some smart materials, such as shape memory alloys, piezoelectric ceramic, magnetostrictive elements, are widely applied in industrial field.
In particular, the piezoelectric materials receive more attentions, because of outstanding characteristics including of small mass and volume, high energy efficiency ratio and quick response.
As well known, piezoelectric materials can produce strain and force when electrically excited by way of inverse piezoelectric effect.

Replacement of reinforced concrete structures refer to low intensity methods, tenacity, high strength, material component of concrete material good toughness.
Meantime, steel surface corrosion and adhesive materials are harmless.
Stick with resin type fiber reinforced cement materials will be posted in fiber reinforced composites reinforced by the component.
Only in this way reinforcement works can receive good social and economic benefits. With the science and technology continuous progress, new building materials will continue to emerge, better construction methods will be more strengthened and be more widely used .Construction of reinforced concrete structure reinforcement scheme will also be much wider range of options.

Thus, in the design requires the integration of processes, materials and other elements based on the principle of ergonomics, physiological characteristics and psychological characteristics associated, and this is a basic requirement in the man-machine designs.
Today's world, science and technology is the rapid development of innovative design theories and methods have a high degree of improvement and progress in the improvement of living conditions and living environment in many ways, people-oriented modern design.
At the same time, modern design is often only for the individual's material and spiritual care for the community, with little regard even without considering the design of the actual into the community to be involved in the chain of relationships and in relationships will produce comprehensive social impact [3].
Uchida fan theory, we can more clearly see the design more "people", designed to focus on the exchange of human emotions, respect for individuality, cultural identity memory of basic material needs such as factorscollaboration and communication, to achieve the consistency to make the design more humane, society. [5] Therefore, the designer must-depth understanding of the local community and local social customs, adapted to the local environment, such as social customs, national characteristics, customs, and the selection of raw materials, human color preferences, and to create the designs that adapt to the local people living and consumption practices .

MD simulations were performed with commercial software (Fujitsu, Materials Explorer Ver. 5) based on the plastic crystal model (PCM) [5].
The Pd0.4Ni0.4P0.2 alloy was created by the following two steps: rapid quenching and subsequent structural relaxation that correspond to  and  relaxations [14] of glassy materials, respectively.
