Abstract: this paper analyses the reutilization of waste concrete is feasible in technology, technical index, and its concrete recycling huge economic, environmental benefits.
In the past 10 years, the application of recycled concrete has attracted much attention in many countries, some countries have adopted legislation to ensure the development of the study and the application, mechanism of sustainable development of the world ( SRL) is to provide environmental standards for recycled concrete, and domestic and foreign research results of the regenerated basic properties of concrete have shown that can meet the performance requirements of ordinary concrete and recycled aggregate concrete, and its application in engineering structures is feasible, but on recycled concrete application of economy of doubt, therefore, the application of recycled concrete technical economic analysis is very important.

Abstract.
Introduction Nowadays, the technology on microwave (or radar) absorber is a great topic in the military and civil fields.
In civil field, microwave absorbing is one of solutions to radar interference between the big civil objects (such as wind turbines) and the air traffic control radars or the military surveillance radars [3].
