Study on Environmentally Friendly Slow-Release Fertilizer for Plant Camouflage Naiyan zhanga, Xiaoqi Lib, Juan Zhangc and Liangliang Daid PLA Institute of Engineer Corps, Xuzhou 221004, People’s Republic of China azhangny08@163.com, blixiaoqi@163.com, czhangjuan07@163.com, ddailiangliang@163.com Keywords: Plant camouflage, slow-release, nitrogen fertilizer, material Abstract.
Introduction Considering the plant camouflage not only can be used at ordinary and war times and to disguise large permanent fixed target, but also can be used to disguise smaller fixed target and moving target at war times, which can effectively overcome the problems that civil defense construction are currently facing.
However, in recent years, along with the drought, water logging and other natural disasters occurring alternately, plant camouflage can be destroyed easily, and it is difficult to rebuild in a short time, which have great influence on the civil defense construction long-time effective camouflage.
According the study, we can effectively deal with the enemy advanced reconnaissance monitoring system by increasing the civil defense construction plant camouflage result.

Displacement Control Technology on High-rise Steel Structure about Main Power House of Thermal Power Plant Liu Huanqin1a,Li Weibin1b,Ma Kang1c 1School of Civil Engineering,Southeast University,Nanjing 210096,China alhq_to@163.com, bliwbliwb@163.com, c380515287@qq.com Key Words: intergration powerhouse, boiler frame, structural displacement, wind load, response spectrum, time history analysis Abstract:With the background of optimal design study on main powerhouse of Power Plant, the finite element software ANSYS is adopted to control the overall structure's displacement.
The study more concentrated on high-rise steel structure in civil construction, compared with the civil buildings, high-rise industrial buildings have many differences, for example, more big industrial live load, the floor decorated with large equipment, the very irregular layout, sometimes the relatively high layer. structure often appear wrong layer phenomenon to meet the technological requirements, along the height distribution quality uniformity are destroyed because incomplete structure floor structure, reverse may occur under seismic action.

Introduction The project TA 020 10488 Lightweight concrete Liapor based fire resistant structures designated for tunnel structures was carried out in cooperation with the production plant Lias Vintířov and other parties involved in the solution of the issue, namely respective university departments of Klokner´s Institute of the Czech Technological University and Faculty of Safety Engineering of the Mining University – Technological University Ostrava, designer organisation Pontex and testing institute Pavus.
The design of lightweight concrete structures taking into account fire effects and assessment of their fire resistance is a complex problem that requires solution of several partial research projects: - specification of material properties (basic mechanical and thermal and physical properties: strength and deformation properties, thermal conductivity, specific thermal capacity, bulk density - execution of thermal analysis of fire resistance, formulation of fire scenario and temperature fire curve (standard, hydrocarbon curve, eureka) - specification of thermal response of the material as under research respectively civil structure - calculation of the thermal transmission through the structure Specification of Material Properties Chosen material testing procedure was in compliance with the provision of [2].
Fig. 1 – Compressive strength ratio depending on temperature Civil Structure Thermal Response – Calculation of Heat Transmission Through Concrete Lining When analysing thermal response of civil structures, we encounter three basic heat transmission modes – by means of conduction, convection and radiation.
