The manufacturing cost is decided during the design stage because its definition tends to affect the selection of materials, machine tools and human resources that are being used in the production process [3].
DFM and Concurrent Costing of Washing Machine Components In order to estimate the manufacturing cost, it is necessary to input the cost of material, appropriate hourly rate for machine and labour cost.
Part Name Manufacturing Process Material Cost per Part in $ 1 Tub Injection Moulding ABS Plastic 0.41 2 Basket Injection Moulding ABS Plastic 0.66 4 Basket Cover Injection Moulding ABS Plastic 0.19 5 Agitator Injection Moulding ABS Plastic 0.07 6 Auger Injection Moulding ABS Plastic 0.03 7 Cap Injection Moulding ABS Plastic 0.02 8 Spring Cap (4 No.)

The ease with which nanostructured materials can be synthesized is one reason why MA has been extensively employed to produce nanocrystalline materials
Experimental
A binary mixture of high-purity elemental crystalline powders, Nickel (Alfa Aesar 99.99% – 100 mesh) and Tellurium (Sigma Aldrich 99.997% – 40 mesh), with Ni50Te50 nominal composition was sealed into a cylindrical 65 mL hardened steel grinding vial (2 ¼ in. diameter x 3 in. long) together two ½ in (12.7 mm) and four ¼ in.(6.35 mm) steel balls under an argon atmosphere.

Topology optimization mathematical model
The structure topology optimization studies the distribution and composition of structural materials in the design space.
Different material interpolation models will get different calculation models.
The material interpolation model of variable density method mainly include: SIMP (Solid Isotropic Material with Penalization) model and RAMP (Rational Approximation of Material Properties) model, etc.

The specific combination of these materials dictates the coating's suitable operating temperature range, which is crucial given the diverse operating conditions within a turbine.
Materials and Experimental Procedures Composite powders (Al-bal., Si – 8wt.%, hBN – 20wt.%) were used in this study.
Based on the obtained data regarding chemical composition, porosity, and microhardness, these coatings demonstrate promising characteristics for use as abradable materials for gas turbine engine housings.

Experimental materials
Lake asphalt and 70﹟basic asphalt are chosen as the cement in the experiment.
All the materials can satisfy the the requirements of respective technical standards.
Mastic asphalt under high temperature can be regarded as the numerous polymer chain mixed by the particles of mine materials interlocking structure into a mesh filling system of three-dimensional reticular structure [1].
This will cause the failure rate of the bound node bigger than generation rate which make the density of system average bound node decrease, system viscosity fell, the shear thinning effect appeared, embody the thixotropy of the materials.
Acknowledgement The writer would like to express his gratitude to Major national science and technology support project of China(2011BAG07B03) and the Key Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China(51038004) for their financial support.

But the improvement of initial parameter is restricted by the development level of technology (mainly the material price and unit safety) [1].The main heat loss of condenser unit is cool-end loss, which the loss of heat is more than that of steam turbine for working.

Field test shows that the radar reflected wave group of wave characteristic in volcanic lava can distinguish different geological layer reflection wave group, and via studying their relationship and change trend, to achieve the purpose of geological interpretation, and determine the adverse lava geology development stages, for design and construction to provide the reliable foundation material, effective use of survey for the design and construction of the guidance function.
Accordingly, according to special lava adverse geology causes of formation and development characteristics, combined with drilling verification material, divided into four harmful lava geology types in the abnormal area: Independent big lava cavity, Small cavity concentrate area, Lava crack development area, the strongly weathered lava rock area[5].
