Linear elastic stability analysis of the whole bridge is firstly conducted, and followed by calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of the bridge with the consideration of geometrical and material nonlinearity of structure.
As a non-conservative stability analysis method, linear elastic stability analysis method is unsafe as it's not incorporating the influence of the geometric nonlinearity, material nonlinearity and a variety of initial defects on the bearing capacity of bridge structure

Introduction
Selected plastic material is according to the part working condition and its’ properties, in general, the most important factor is its’ mechanical property[1].Back shell of color television is a plastic component, it has higher appearance quality, higher precision size, no crack, joint and other obvious deformation[2],HIPS can satisfy the demands, and it has lower price[3],according to the demand of mass production, the part use HIPS.
1 Construction Design
The part construction is very complex, the project area is bigger, and has bigger depth, it belongs to bigger part.

Experimental Procedure
1.1 Research Material
Dried and ground ginger is provided by Elisa Food trading from Ranau, Sabah, Malaysia with average mean particles size of 1.715 mm and moisture content of five percent (5%) (Ohaus MB25, USA).
1.2 SWE implementation
The SWE experiment is performed using the CLEAR SWE prototype as shown in Fig. 2.
