The effect of local solidification time appears to be controversial and might depend on the type of materials considered. [14-15] In an attempt to reduce porosity content, people were undertaken to study the solidification behavior of aluminum alloy castings by thermal analysis and appropriate gating system.
The material of end chill block was low carbon steel, whose thickness was 2 times that of the plate casting.

Carbon Emission and Energy Consumption Comparison Characteristics of Textile Comparison Characteristics in China From table 2 and 3, we can see that the industry that has large carbon emission in China mainly include: non-metallic mineral products, chemical materials and chemical products manufacture, mining industry, ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry, and textile industrial carbon emission is in the middle layer.
From view of time, the carbon emission grow fast industry are the non-metallic mineral products industry and chemical materials and chemical products manufacturing, and textile industrial carbon emission has slow growth.
