Wherein R is the measurement error covariance matrix, as with the power of the reader in RFID-based positioning system, the measurement error obstructions between the size of the reader and label material, size have relationships ,in the actual calculation of the matrix is difficult to obtain prior information.

Jun Yan et. al. [2] mentioned that, welding often leads to low mechanical properties owing to the metallurgical changes such as micro-segregation, precipitation of secondary phases, solidification cracking, grain growth in the heat-affected zone (HAZ) and loss of materials by vaporization.

Fast and non-destructive diagnostics of solar cells can give information both about both input material and quality of technological operations.
In this manner, local infrared irradiation gives important information about the starting material and the fabrication process quality.
The distribution of the measured VOC induced by local infrared irradiation (e.g. using a LED with = 900 nm or a laser diode with = 870 nm) mostly corresponds to the local recombination centre (carrier lifetime) distribution in the single-crystalline material of the p-base, that may origin both from starting crystalline material and by high-temperature processes during device fabrication.

Engineering cementitious composites (ECC) is a recent new high-performance cement composites, which is based on fracture mechanics, micro mechanics and statistical optimization of physical design, use of short fiber reinforced, and fiber content is not composite materials than 2.5% of the total volume of cured composite material should have a significant strain hardening characteristics, tensile loads can produce many fine cracks, ultimate tensile strain can be stable for more than 3% New construction with cement-based composites.
Fukuyama et al. (2003) introduced on-sit ECC device used as response control elements, as shown in Fig.3, the stiffness and strength of the elements can be altered by varying the configuration, bar arrangement and the type of ECC materials.
Column cross section is 600mm600mm, beam cross-section 600mm 300mm, floor thickness 100mm, concrete material is C30.

In industrial situation, the optical model of “smooth amorphous SiO2 films grown on Si single crystal wafer” is usually chosen to calculate thickness of SiO2 film, where optical constants of standard bulk material is used for amorphous SiO2 and Si single crystal[3].
(4) TOX c-Si Substrate a- SiO2 film a-SiO2+c-Si Linf LOX Lroug T=x (nm) T=y (nm) a-SiO2+void Fig.1 Optical model in data analysis In this model, surface roughness layer Lroug is considered to be consisting of 50% of film material and 50% of air hole, and interface layer Linf consisting of 50% of film material and 50% of substrate material.
Physical structure of thin film tends to be different from bulk material when film thickness is less than 10nm, resulting in change of thin film optical constants.
