Although the gear cutting technology can guarantee the stability of production, but the technology has low productivity, low utilization of materials, high spending of equipment.
The material used in experiment was pure industry aluminum.
On consider of the product practice where the simple billet is hoped to use, combine with the admissible stress of the mold material, the Ø20×38.2 column billet was chosen.

In the literature an approach described to the monitoring of materials under fatigue is related to the application of thin single crystal foils referred to as “smart sensors” [1,2].
One must conclude on a difficulty for composite materials testing using such thin foil sensors in contrast with metals.
The possible solution on overcoming this disadvantage is related to the search of other materials to be used as foil sensors, but this aspect of the work was not studied.

Indoor air also contains hundreds of GP emitted from diverse sources, such as building materials, paints, furnishing, cleaning agents, combustion appliances, and outdoor air pollution [2-4].
Common sorbent materials include activated carbon, activated alumina, silica gels, zeolites, synthetic polymers and clay minerals [3].
This emerging air purification technique involves the use of ozone in combination with zeolites and other related porous materials [11].

Since are earth materials are exiguous and precious, it is desirable to reduce the demand of them.
Starting materials MoO3(99.5%), WO3(99.0%), Li2CO3(98.0%), Y2O3(99.999%),Eu2O3(99.999%) were weighted carefully according to a certain stoichiometric ratio and grounded to mix these materials well.
The doping concentration of activator affects the optical properties of luminescent materials greatly.

The globular grain continued to increase during the settling process. 1 Introduction SSM (Semi-Solid Metal) developing at MIT during the 1970s was considered as one of the most prospective materials processing technologies in 21 century [1].
TiB2 particles can improve the strength and modulus of Al alloy due to high hardness and modulus, and have been widely used in Al alloy as reinforcement and grain refiner, especially in the aeronautical industry as structural materials [2-6]. 7075 Al alloys have been widely used as structural materials in aeronautical industries due to their attractive comprehensive properties, such as low density, high strength, ductility and toughness, but 7075 Al alloys had a relatively coarse dendrites which made manufacturing with semi-solid slurries difficult.

The use of composite materials with UHMWPE matrix ensures multiple increasing of wear resistance of metal-polymer friction units.
Under development of UHMWPE composite materials designers usually are guided towards the preferential conditions of their operation: abrasion, dry sliding friction, friction in the boundary lubrication, etc.
Wear resistance of materials under dry friction was measured by "block-on-ring" scheme under the load of 68.8 N and rotation speed of 100 rev/min (according to ASTM G99) with the use of SMT-1 wear testing machine (sliding rate was 0.32 m/sec).

About 100 grams of polystyrene material was pyrolysis per batch.
Styrene is used as the main raw material for polystyrene production.
This is consistent with the results of research conducted by Muis (2019), who has examined the process of pyrolysis using raw materials in the form of polystyrene plastic at a temperature of 400°C where the amount of liquid product produced increases with an increase in the ratio of natural zeolite catalyst addition [12].

Linear elastic stability analysis of the whole bridge is firstly conducted, and followed by calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of the bridge with the consideration of geometrical and material nonlinearity of structure.
As a non-conservative stability analysis method, linear elastic stability analysis method is unsafe as it's not incorporating the influence of the geometric nonlinearity, material nonlinearity and a variety of initial defects on the bearing capacity of bridge structure

The Research On Adsorption Of MB By SPES Microspheres And SPES Microspheres Wrapping Titanium Dioxide Kunhong Wu1,a , Fang Huang1,b 1School of Resources And Environment, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu in China, 610054 a823272247@qq.com,b442408788@qq.com Keywords: sulfonated polyethersulfone(SPES), polyethersulfone(PES), methylene blue(MB), titanium dioxide, adsorption Abstract: The polyethersulfone(PES) and sulfonated polyethersulfone(SPES) microspheres which all wraps titanium dioxide could be prepared by solvent evaporation method of double emulsion systems(W1/O/W2) or coagulation bath method.
Introduction Polymer microspheres and microcapsules have been used widely in the biomedical field, not only for the preparation of medical microcapsules, drug delivery and controlled release, but also as adsorption material of protein chromatographic separation and purifying the blood.
When common inorganic adsorbent material such as activated carbon is in touch with the blood, there may be mixed with fine particles in the blood, resulting in some side effect including capillary blockage or blood platelet aggregation[2].
