In Raman laser spectrum (RLS), two main peaks exist at 1333.49 cm-1 (ID) and 1584.16 cm-1 (IG) of carbon material, which is due to turbostratic carbon and graphitoid carbon, respectively.
The IG / ID ratio (1/R) reflects the change of graphitization on surface layer of carbon material [10].
