In clinical diagnoses, the images of every direction of layer will be clearer with proper use of MRI contrast agent, which can help radiologists and other medical professionals to identify tumors much easier.
Diethylenetriamine-N, N’-bis (2-acetamide benzoic acid)-N, N’ -bisacetic acid were obtained according to the reported procedure [3] and dissolved in water.
Doubly distilled water was used throughout the experiment.
The precipitation was filtered and washed by distilled water, and white powder was obtained with 60% yield.
The first step was in the range of 100~170℃ with 7.5% weight lost, which is consistent with the loss of water molecule.

Obviously, the first two principal components representing not less than 94 percents whole spectral information, we can identify from their shapes, are almost of the contributions of the water absorption.
For this reason, it is necessary to eliminate or reduce the interference of water absorption while determinate the constituents in aqueous solutions.

In France, CEDRE (Center of Documentation, Research and Experimentation on Accidental Water Pollution) led the development of an oil sensitivity atlas for the Finisterre region.
In today's complex natural environment by sea port, to put forward further risk assessment in dock and measures to protect the priority for special logistics infrastructure, the main problem is the lack of proper evaluation technology for port professionals (port risk management personnel, auditors of the port) to support the risk management cycle.
