Experimental methods
The original material used in this work was a hot-rolled steel bars, the chemical composition of the experimental steel bars was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer (ICP) and the weight percentages were 0.32% C, 0.84% Si, 1.19% Mn, 0.012% P, 0.012% S and the balance Fe.
The macro fracture morphology of specimen 1# shows cup cone which reflect the material has good plasticity.

Through the optimization of the structure, not only make the statics performance parts can be improved, but also make the anti vibration characteristics of the structure is improved, saving material, to obtain the optimum size of structure.
Therefore, this thesis mainly studies the content is in the premise of ensuring safe and reliable structure the structure more reasonable by using the finite element analysis method and optimization technique; in ensuring the structure have enough strength, stiffness and stability conditions, saving the material consumption, reduce the product cost; finite element analysis model is established for a generally applicable to the box structure.
Put forward higher requirements for the development of science and technology of a machine tool.

It is difficult to determine the mean median grain when the riverbed material composition is complex, so it is empirical and arbitrary to determine the mean median grain.
Conclusions The backwater height of the bridge is affected by many factors, such as river flow regime, boundary conditions, riverbed material composition, water blocking ratio of the bridge, and the shape of the bridge pier, etc.
