Mycoprotein material has been extensively studied alongside other materials, with a particular focus on its safety of ingestion [4].
Materials and Methods 1.
The dried P. indusiatus was grinded and kept in a desiccator before further analysis. 25 g of the dried material was soaked in 500 mL of iced-cold 5% acetic acid supplemented with 50mM 2-Mercaptoethanol at 4oC for 16-18h.

As we all know that corrosion potential and current from thermodynamics can explanatory material chemical activity , and this result can be directly shows whether the material is easily corrode.
