Introduction With the rapid development of nanoscience , nanotechnology is already in bioanalysis , material separation, disease diagnosis and treatment has been widely used.
Especially in biomedical imaging , some of the nano- material, such as fluorescent silica nanoparticles have good biocompatibility , and easy surface modification, anti- photobleaching benefits , low cost , and easy separation shows a great potential to prepare the nanoparticles fluorescent nano- probe has been widely used for targeting bacterial detection, cancer identification, antigen detection.
