Abstract: Using sodium hydroxide as its alkali catalyzer, 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride as its quaternary agents, cationic starch with high degree of substitution was made by semi-dry process.

The calculation assumes include the following aspects: (1) During the construction period, the normal working condition is only considered, and the earthquake and civil air condition is not included; (2) The materials of existing running tunnel and shield tunnel are in linear elastic state; (3) The relationship between the structure and soil meets the principle of deformation coordination.

Taking difficult-to-cut material titanium alloy as studying object, the surface roughness characteristics of titanium alloys are studied through experiments using self-developed ultrasonic vibration lapping device.
Fig. 2 Effect of workpiece speed on surface roughness (amplitude: A=12μm) According to the Fig. 2, we can know that the surface roughness does not change significantly with the increasing of workpiece speed in common lapping whether using W28 grinding paste or W7 grinding paste, the reason is that the increasing of workpiece speed is essentially that time variable is introduced to material deformation removal process, therefore the changes of workpiece speed mainly affect the physical and mechanical properties of machined surface[4], however, it exercises a very little influence on the geometric properties [5].
