Introduction With the development of the science and technology, the KDP single crystal plays a very important role in many types of key equipments, especially in the ICF( solid laser actuators and intense laser weapons.
More and more materials of KDP crystal are removed in brittle mode when the depth of cut increases gradually.
As shown in Fig. 9, when the cutting speed is less than 700m/min surface roughness increases with the cutting speed, because KDP crystal is soft and brittle material, and some built-ups will adherence on the rake face with the cutting speed increasing.

It was assumed in the article that ship’s bulkheads were composed of three kinds of insulation materials.
The material properties and thickness for each layer keep constant, as shown in Table 2.

Because the saturation pressure of CO2 is high, the shell of refrigerating system must be made of resisting pressure materials.
Therefore, the development of lubricating techniques and the investigation of the materials were required.
Hard coatings are expected to be compatible with the vane material.

Materials and Methods 2.1 Preparation of nBC.
The materials were scanned from 10° to 60° with a scan speed of 4°/min.
So the thermal effects of materials after soaking in PBS are similar to those of original materials.
