Materials and Methods According to Goto et al. [10], the relationship between the decreasing level of the residual dielectric voltage and a number of starts and stops and operating hours is generated based on the measured data by taking the samples from the ten unit of stator coil in actual machines and doing the non-destructive electrical and insulation breakdown test.

Compared to the
other manufacturing methods such as the micro EDM, the laser machining, the E-beam machining,
the ultrasonic machining, the micro-mechanical cutting provides the better flexibility in applying to a
variety of material and complicated feature manufactures.
