Introduction
In geotechnical engineering practice, it is unavoidable to encounter with discontinued rock mass with complicated of stress, fractures, joints and faults, and the kind of rock mass also have pressure water or confined water [1].In this case, geotechnical engineering stability is threatened, it must be reinforcement and water plugging for rock mass [2, 3], and grouting is a long-term stable and practical measures to reinforcement and water plugging [4].However, compare with the flourish of grouting technology and grouting materials [5, 6], grouting theory has lagged far behind.
