Therefore, we define the ratio of the absolute value of the average residual stress and material yield stress .By analyzing the cross-section residual stress levels, the calculation formula of is shown below: (5) of different schemes after straightening are distributed on the cross-sections with different initial curvatures as follows as shown in Fig. 3.
