The sensing signal from the high voltage side of the system is sent to the low voltage side of the system through the optical fiber composite insulator,which is inserted an optical fiber in the insulator core rod at the insulator core rod produced proceeding.The optical fiber and the insulator core rod are compatible for the reason of that the materials of the optical fiber and the insulator core rod are both glass fiber,the performance test shows that the optical fiber composite insulator can meet the needs of mechanical properties and electrical properties,sensors in the system is shown in figure 1.

Experimental Materials: Synthetic polyelectrolyte-arsenate complex solutions with initial concentrations of 100 ppb arsenic were prepared from Na2HAsO4∙7H2O (Fluka, puriss ACS) and PDADMAC (Calgon, commercial, as chloride; further purified by treatment with a spiral-wound ultrafiltration unit with a 10 kDa membrane; monomer concentration determined by titration).
