Cotton stalks (variety Gossypium hirsutum Linn Zhong 35), were harvested in early November 2011 from the cotton field in Xinjiang Alaer, China.
The digestion materials were stirred, and daily biogas production, methane production were examined.
Scanning electron microscopy of original materials and digested residues The digested cotton stalks were dried under the temperature of 80℃, used for scanning electron microscopy.

It is deemed as the D6784 standard method by American Society for Test Materials (ASTM) , specially used for collecting and analyzing the content of mercury of different forms in the flue gas emitted from coal-fired boiler, with a measuring range of 0.5-100 mu g/Nm3.
The mercury is enriched in the adsorption material, and the sampling flow and sampling time are recorded.
With mercury analyzer, the concentration of mercury on the adsorption material is measured.
