Experimental Method and Material
The experimental material selected was 40Cr steel, initially hardened and tempered.
Compared with one-pass grinding, the yield strength of surface layer material in two-pass grinding sample is much larger and its grinding temperature higher, leading to the increase of thermal stress.

The raw lignite and its briquette were sieved to 6-13mm as experiment material.
It can be concluded that the pyrolysis gas with high content of CO and H2 is a good raw material for synthesis of methanol that based on synthesis of carbonyl.

In architectural designs, the function and quality of the houses are neglected, the structural design is unreasonable and the technology is imperfect, and the quality is low, which results in not only the unnecessary waste in materials but also the dangers in quality and safety.
As most of the house construction is technically low, the new material, technology, design and craft are seldom used in building houses, so that the quality of the houses cannot well satisfy the requirements of consumers.
Next in the construction, new technology, craft and new materials should be used to realize high quality, low consumption and low costs.

According to the material parameters of PVB interlayer, combining with the load capacity tests, a finite element model is established to simulate the tests.
So 3-D solid element solid45 is used to model, which is defined by eight nodes and the orthotropic material properties[4].
